About the role

Dermatologist or Physician-led role focusing on medical operations, protocol development, and governance for online dermatology care and Rx-grade solutions on Clinikally's telehealth platform.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Governance: Provide online dermatologist consultations and ensure the integrity of automated treatment plans.
  • Protocol Development: Envision and refine solutions for conditions like Androgenetic Alopecia, Melasma, and Cystic Acne.
  • R&D Partnership: Provide research-backed data to Product Formulation Team and assist in clinical pilot studies.
  • Production Supervision: Oversee production batches for products such as Ceramide Moisturizer, Sunscreen for Sensitive Skin, and Hyaluronic Acid Serum to maintain therapeutic integrity.
  • Concept Innovation: Create new product concepts based on trending dermatological concerns and patient feedback loops.
  • Scientific Communication: Present new clinical technologies and research findings to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

  • MBBS and MD in Dermatology (or equivalent medical degree) with a strong clinical track record.
  • Deep knowledge of Bio-active ingredients for skin, hair, and clinical nutrition.
  • Dermatological Formulations and delivery systems knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Technology Transfer, R&D workflows, and Teledermatology platforms.
  • Leadership experience in clinical dermatology with ability to translate complex science for non-scientists.
