Product Engineer focused on post-batch features for YC’s hiring platform and internal software, collaborating with a small, autonomous software team to design, build, and scale features for workatastartup.com and YC’s internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and build out new features in entirety. Focus areas: 1) workatastartup.com (hiring) and 2) internal software for founder/outreach.
- Scope and prioritize items on the post-batch roadmap with YC partners and the software team.
- Analyze usage and engagement from founders, job-seekers, and other users to understand what’s working and improve continuously.
