About the role

Customer-facing solutions engineer with frontend development experience to support pre-sale and post-sale technical solutioning for an API-first platform. Role involves building PoCs, onboarding support, and identifying product gaps to inform the roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Coast subject matter expert addressing questions, concerns and requests
  • Build technical PoCs for our prospective customers pre-sale
  • Help support onboarding, training and technical solutioning post-sale
  • Have a deep understanding of customers' technical challenges and help solve them with Coast’s platform
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities based on customer needs for our roadmap

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with frontend development, APIs and Javascript
