About the role

Dover’s Recruiting Partner role focuses on strategy and relationship-building to serve early-stage startups in Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace. Contractors have flexibility with tools and can transition to full-time, with opportunities to build and manage Associate Recruiters.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to identify recruiting needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters.
  • Onboard new customers and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and hiring objectives.
  • Guide customers through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience as a Head of Talent or a solo recruiter at a company. If you don't have this experience, please apply for the Associate Recruiter position.
