Full-stack engineer role at Glimpse, a YC-backed startup focused on AI-powered retail operations for CPG brands. 3+ years of experience, rapid development cycles, end-to-end ownership, NY office-based.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end front-end and back-end applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Push complete projects into production from start to finish.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in full-stack development.
  • Exceptional coding skills and ability to ship code quickly.
  • Proficient in Python, Node.js, Next.js
  • Experience building with LLMs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work from our NY office full-time.
