Responsibilities

  • Own and lead product features end-to-end: research, design, implement, test, and ship.
  • Talk directly to customers and translate vague requirements into polished experiences.
  • Design scalable backend systems (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP).
  • Build responsive, delightful UIs (React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with minimal oversight.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering processes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment (SDE-2 level ownership expected).
  • Comfortable building full-stack features—from schema design to frontend polish.
  • Cares about product, not just code.
  • Owned something meaningful end-to-end in the past (a product module, an infra refactor, etc).
  • Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
