About the role
UI/UX Design Expert for fintech cross-border platform (US-MX) at Coba.ai. Remote-friendly role focusing on user-centric design for fintech applications, collaboration with founders, developers, and product managers to deliver a seamless cross-border experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement seamless, visually appealing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to refine product experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring the product vision to life.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual language across the platform.
- Leverage user data and analytics to continuously optimize and improve the design.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and fintech industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years working with US-based companies.
- Proven track record of designing for fintech or financial applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive web design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Familiarity with cross-border financial systems is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required.
