About the role

Brand Designer role at Odeko, a remote-friendly operations software company for cafes. Focus on graphic design, marketing design, brand consistency, and motion graphics across digital and print media.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing design projects (social, web and print), from conception to delivery
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations
  • Increase user-friendliness in digital experiences like websites and mobile apps
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
  • Create lively motion graphics to be used across social and digital platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
  • Well versed in Marketing Design needs
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Receptive to feedback + strong attention to detail
  • Experience designing print collateral and dielines, plus working with print vendors
  • Experience organizing archive of artwork files
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable of current design trends/innovations
  • Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color
  • Ability to work efficiently with the team under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand expectations, deadlines and deliverables for the projects to make sure everything is on schedule
