About the role

Open source API-first EHR company seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to establish Medplum as the standard platform for healthcare development through awareness, education, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop reference applications and integrations that showcase Medplum's power
  • Contribute to Medplum's knowledge base through engaging documentation, guides, and tutorials
  • Support and grow our open source community by providing technical support and thought leadership
  • Create content (videos, blog posts) to educate and grow Medplum's presence
  • Shape the future of Medplum's developer experience by providing actionable feedback between the community and product

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full stack TypeScript and React experience
  • 2+ years of external/internal communication experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Based in the SF Bay Area, able to collaborate in-person twice weekly
