About the role

Telemedicine Specialist role focusing on delivering seamless virtual dermatology care, supporting online consultations and bridging clinical needs with Rx-grade product development.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: provide high-quality dermatologist consultations online and ensure patients receive precise, science-backed advice for complex dermatology conditions.
  • Condition-Specific Protocols: envision and refine treatment plans for Acne, Alopecia, and Hyperpigmentation with the senior medical board.
  • R&D Collaboration: provide research-based insights to Product Formulation and Strategy teams to bridge clinical needs with cosmeceutical products.
  • Product Concept Development: assist in creating and validating product concepts based on dermatological trends and patient feedback.

Qualifications

  • MBBS with 5+ years of experience in clinical skin and hair care, or an MD in Dermatology with 2+ years of experience.
