About the role

Seeking an Android Engineer to develop and enhance Ziina's mobile applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable software for the digital wallet platform in the Middle East & North Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, design, operations, and engineering teams to determine features and solutions.
  • Own and ship end-to-end reliable, scalable, and maintainable software ensuring user funds safety.
  • Design and build a modern architecture for rapid feature development.
  • Improve mobile developer experiences to reduce time-to-market.
  • Help shape engineering culture through good practices and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years building Android apps.
  • High integrity and team-first mentality.
  • Passion for creating order out of ambiguity.
  • Initiative and a bias towards action.
  • Willing to live in or relocate to the UAE.
