About the role
Lead a team of mobile engineers to deliver and improve core mobile products, ensuring operational excellence and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of iOS and Android engineers.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to align priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Ensure team productivity and alignment by optimizing stack & practices.
- Track progress, identify issues, and ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven execution capabilities in driving initiatives and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Effective communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing engineering teams with a focus on alignment, clarity, and team development.
- Results-driven mindset with ownership and drive to complete initiatives.
- Experience as a mobile developer to contribute technical insights and guide implementation.
