About the role
Seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to develop integrations, data models, and AI workflows to enhance software engineering tools, primarily based in Argentina with remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Developing a connector for new integrations such as BitBucket or Shortcut.
- Design and implement unified data models for relevant data categories like incident management or monitoring systems.
- Convert data pipelines to incremental workloads to improve performance and build scalable event-based data processing frameworks.
- Create AI Agent workflow backends enabling LLMs to query knowledge graphs for reporting and insights.
Qualifications
- Experience building backend or data-centric products with scalability in mind.
- Proficiency with data pipelines, ETL, data modeling, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud environments, ensuring uptime and managing budgets.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models and understanding prompt engineering.
