About the role

Seeking a Technical Lead with architectural vision and commitment to solid, well-designed software. Leads a multidisciplinary team, designs scalable and resilient architectures, and integrates AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 to 8 developers in backend, data science, frontend, and integrations.
  • Design and develop scalable, resilient, and high-performance software architectures.
  • Make critical architectural decisions under pressure.
  • Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure high-quality, maintainable, efficient code.

Qualifications

  • Passion for well-architected, robust, and elegant software.
  • Excellence in software design and development (Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), infrastructure as code (Terraform), Kubernetes, and GitOps.
  • Ability to integrate AI solutions (LLMs like OpenAI, machine learning models).
  • Good decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Pride in clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Results-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
