About the role
Motion is building an intelligent project management system to optimize team resources and automate task coordination, aiming to drastically improve productivity and reduce overheads.
Responsibilities
- Make key technical decisions and implement large software projects to help Motion scale.
- Work on high-impact projects and own major parts of the product code.
- Collaborate effectively with talented engineers to contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Javascript ecosystem, especially Typescript, Node.js, React, React Query, Nest.js, Postgres, Temporal.
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and codebases.
- Strong ownership and leadership skills in project execution.
- Experience working with complex tech stacks and assisting in fast-paced startup environments.
