About the role

Full-time software engineering role focused on backend development with experience in frontend, AI, and fintech technologies, working in a hybrid Argentina-based team.

Responsibilities

  • Construir producto end to end, escribiendo código en Go y React/Next.js.
  • Participar activamente en decisiones de producto y arquitectura.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar AI Agents que resuelvan problemas reales.
  • Influir en la arquitectura, cultura, el roadmap y la forma en que trabajamos.

Qualifications

  • +2 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a de software.
  • Experiencia sólida en backend.
  • Conocimiento básico o ganas de aprender frontend con React/Next.js.
  • Autonomía para trabajar y avanzar en contextos de incertidumbre.
  • Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
  • Uso activo de herramientas de AI para potenciar tu trabajo.
