About the role

Designing and implementing core user-facing features, guiding frontend architecture, and shaping user interactions in a LegalTech startup using modern JavaScript frameworks and real-time technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.
  • Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture and design system, defining patterns and abstractions.
  • Support real-time browser-based features by integrating with WebSocket-powered systems.
  • Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive, well-integrated features.
  • Monitor and improve frontend performance and reliability, especially in complex or real-time environments.
  • Drive high standards in frontend development through code reviews, testing, and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in frontend development, owning major UI projects.
  • Strong background in modern frontend architecture, state management, and design systems.
  • Skilled in complex user interaction problem-solving and delivering reliable solutions.
  • Effective cross-functional team communication and collaboration skills.
  • Mentorship experience and contributing to engineering culture.
  • Advanced English skills.

Skills

Required:JavaScript and TypeScriptReact, Vue.js, or AngularAPI Integration (REST/GraphQL)Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library)
