About the role

Build and lead the development of Web3 applications, focusing on blockchain integrations and fullstack development, as part of a new dApps team building consumer-facing products in the blockchain space.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical architecture and development of Soul + upcoming apps.
  • Build blockchain integrations: wallet connection, calling smart contracts, data flows.
  • Develop across stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js), infra (Kubernetes/GCP).
  • Establish engineering best practices.
  • Mentor future hires.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of fullstack development.
  • Strong blockchain/Web3 experience (Solidity, smart contracts, EVM chains).
  • Familiarity with smart contracts is required but you do not write smart contracts as part of this role.
  • Proven track record in consumer apps or startups.
  • Startup mindset: hands-on, independent, fast-moving.
