About the role
Seeking a Senior UI Engineer to contribute to developing tools for engineering teams, focusing on reducing toil, automating busywork, and creating user-centered solutions using modern tech stacks.
Responsibilities
- Help with projects such as building a product that root causes KTLO work and recommends solutions.
- Develop a software catalog that functions for monoliths and is user-friendly.
- Help protect engineering focus time by systematically solving sources of distraction or mental load with AI.
Qualifications
- Resourceful individual thriving in high agency environment.
- Experience as a founder, seed-stage engineering hire, or launched own project.
- Strong product sense.
- Experience working with LLMs and agentic workflows.
