Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and engage high-quality technical candidates across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines for technical roles.
- Measure and optimize sourcing outreach and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in lead generation.
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer.
- Experience sourcing candidates in the $80K–$200K yearly salary range.
- Advanced English skills (C1 or above).
- Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem.
