About the role

A front-end engineering role focused on building and improving web applications for a mobile-first business software company, with a strong emphasis on React.js, UX, performance, and user-centric design.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside product, mobile, and back-end teams to build foundational and advanced web products.
  • Develop and enhance existing and new web applications.
  • Contribute to technical and strategic decisions regarding web products.
  • Evolve web capabilities and push the limits of web development.
  • Define, build, and improve tools and architecture behind web apps.
  • Ship high-quality web apps with attention to UX and performance.
  • Monitor usage and performance to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Create internal tools, reusable components, and enhance development speed.

Qualifications

  • Built and shipped web apps using React.js.
  • Comfortable with Tailwind, TypeScript, TanStack Query.
  • Experience working on products with a large user base.
  • Mastery of clean animations, pixel-perfect designs, and smooth transitions.
  • Good UX and UI design sensibility.
  • Experience building scalable and maintainable code.
  • Ability to measure and influence business and user outcomes through data.
  • Strong understanding of user value and business impact.
