About the role

Create fast, accessible, brand-coherent React/Next.js experiences to drive conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a scalable and versioned Design System.
  • Make rendering decisions (SSR/ISR/SSG/edge) optimizing Core Web Vitals.
  • Implement A/B tests and data analysis to iterate on UX and business.
  • Ensure AA accessibility and responsive design throughout the user flow.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years building production software (experience in startups or SaaS is a plus).
  • Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and Git.
  • Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Clear communication, critical thinking, and proactive improvement proposals.

Skills

Required:JavaScript/TypeScriptReact 18+ and Next.js 14+Web Performance metrics (LCP, CLS, TTFB) and LighthouseState management (React Query, Zustand, Redux)Database knowledge (relational and non-relational)
Nice to have:Testing E2E (Playwright/Cypress)
