About the role

Product Designer at Zefir focusing on onboarding, conversion flows, and AI-powered experiences within a hybrid Paris/remote setup.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end design processes from user research and discovery, through ideation and prototyping, to delivery and iteration.
  • Designing thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI with user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups ready for development.
  • Measuring impact and iterating continuously by defining and tracking success metrics using tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, and NPS.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
  • Contributing to the Design System and design culture by maintaining and expanding reusable components and participating in team rituals.
  • Bridging tech, business, and product strategy by balancing engineering constraints with business outcomes and aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in product design, with a track record of shipping impactful products in tech-driven or marketplace environments preferred.
  • Exceptional product sense with ability to turn complex problems into intuitive experiences.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to collaborate with engineers; interest in how AI can elevate design.
  • Experience designing AI-powered experiences or strong interest in AI-driven product design.
  • Quantitative and iterative mindset with a focus on outcomes and data-driven design decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with clarity, empathy, and alignment across teams.
  • Autonomy and initiative, with ownership and bias for action.
  • Fluency in English for rituals and documentation.
