About the role

Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for end-to-end recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across Europe, partnering with business leaders, building a high-quality pipeline, and delivering ~25 hires per year for growth in GTM functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles — Product Designer, Product Manager, Growth, Brand, Operations, Customer Care, and more.
  • Partner with Business Leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and build winning teams.
  • Build and manage a steady, high-quality pipeline of top sales talent.
  • Leverage creative sourcing and employer branding to attract ambitious professionals.
  • Track and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve speed, quality, and conversion.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that feels personal, fast, and world-class.
  • Be a true business partner — not just a recruiter, but a growth enabler.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience hiring GTM profiles in fast-growing tech environments (scale-up / SaaS / startup).
  • Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality delivery (~25 strong hires/year).
  • Strong grasp of what makes a top-performing business profile — and how to close them.
  • Sharp communication and stakeholder skills; you speak sales language.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English (especially written english) and French.
  • Energy, resilience, and a bias for action — you make things happen.
