Responsibilities

  • Building and scaling our offering
  • Helping shape the direction of the product
  • Building high-quality, complex, maintainable products quickly
  • Utilizing coding generation capabilities to accelerate delivery
  • Helping our AI system perform growth engineering for customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth outcomes

Qualifications

  • World-class growth engineering experience
  • Demonstrated focus on driving business outcomes and intuition for great experiments
  • Ability to architect robust, maintainable codebases
  • Ability to ship fast and balance quality vs. speed
  • Strong communication
  • Experience with LLMs is a plus
  • Early-stage startup/founder experience is a plus
