About the role
Account Executive to join the founding team and drive enterprise revenue growth as Extend scales from 7-figures to 8-figures in ARR, guiding technical prospects through OCR/LLM ecosystems and overseeing end-to-end sales cycles from education to production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end sales cycles from education to implementation - navigating multiple teams (e.g. AI, Engineering, Product, Operations), use cases, and decision criteria
- Conduct deep technical discovery to understand existing infrastructure, present tradeoffs and prescribe cost/performance/complexity balanced solutions
- Build champions and partner with them to design proof-of-concepts, demonstrate real-world impact, and secure executive buy-in for production rollout
- Shepherd prospects through Legal, Security, & Procurement processes - managing data retention, deployment strategies, and enterprise pricing models
- Guide customers from signed contract to successful deployment - provide configuration recommendations and workflow best practices as their Extend advisor
- Capture & analyze field signals and collaborate with the founding team to refine GTM & product strategies

- Consultative selling approach focused on solving customer problems, not just quotas
- Willingness to push beyond comfort zone and remain positive when plans change
- Founder mentality: willing to do any task and thrive in ambiguity
