About the role

Founding GTM Operations lead at Extend responsible for building the revenue engine and GTM / revenue operations from the ground up in a fast-scaling startup.

Responsibilities

  • GTM / Sales Process: set policies, hold reps accountable, build quote-to-close machine, run point on enterprise gauntlet, instrument process to identify stalls and gate durations
  • GTM Systems: build source-of-truth data foundation, evaluate and drive adoption of the GTM stack, compensation and quota design
  • Forecasting & Planning: run weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence, build capacity models, identify pipeline leaks and provide recommendations
  • Lead Routing & Territory Management: design inbound routing, qualification SLAs, and account scoring against ICP; build territory and coverage models to scale reps without chaos
  • Enablement & Automations: support rep enablement; ship agents, skills, and automations for research, account planning, CRM enrichment, call summarization, and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment
  • Proven ability to design and implement GTM and revenue operations
  • Strong data-driven mindset with ability to influence through analytics
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a founder mentality
  • AI-native mindset and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
