Operations Analyst (Temporary)
About the role
Temporary Operations Analyst role supporting Middesk’s Entity Management/Operations Fulfillment team, focusing on reviewing and submitting tax registrations, resolving data issues with customers, and monitoring state communications. Located in NYC with on-site requirement, through December 31, 2026, potential extension.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the nuances of state registrations and transfers as you quickly and accurately process and submit state registrations.
- Follow up with customers on inaccuracies in the application to ensure that we accurately and rapidly complete their state registrations.
- Contact state agencies for follow up on untimely correspondences or clarify evolving state registration requirements.
- Collaborate with the broader Entity Management Team to create and optimize processes for supporting new features and fulfillment streams by identifying gaps and needs of the internal team and our customers.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize personal work streams.
- Ability to complete high volumes of various tasks and meet or exceed fulfillment quotas while maintaining accuracy.
- Process and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail; comfortable making decisions with available resources.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Hungry, coachable with appetite for learning.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset; views obstacles as opportunities for growth and impact.
