About the role

Brazilian on-site role supporting cliente and internal teams, focusing on customer/user support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, users or collaborators.
  • Monitor requests, questions and incidents, ensuring swift solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Organize and control documents, records and reports.
  • Support the delivery of necessary resources, tools and services.
  • Contribute to improvement and optimization of internal processes.
  • Monitor satisfaction and performance indicators.
  • Support trainings, internal communications and onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate on transversal projects and audits.

Qualifications

  • Higher education completed or in progress.
  • Previous experience in atendimento, suporte, recursos humanos, administrativo or similar roles.
  • Good oral and written communication in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus).
  • Ability to organize, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with focus on user/customer experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of digital tools and Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience in startups or growing tech companies.
