About the role

Backend/Infrastructure Engineer focusing on the Storage layer to provide highly available, performant, secure, and cost-effective storage options across multiple cloud providers.

Responsibilities

  • Own impactful infrastructure problems from inception and architecture to production launch
  • Write well thought out design documents and robust, high-quality and well-tested code
  • Work collaboratively with a strong team to identify the most impactful projects we should be prioritizing in our roadmap
  • Mentor more junior engineers or learn from battle tested ones

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience
  • BA/BS in computer science, or related degree
  • Experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications
  • Experience with storage systems (e.g., databases, object stores, or distributed file systems)
