About the role

Role focused on shaping and scaling the operational backbone of Glean’s product development, driving data-driven decision making, and fostering a connected Product team community in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design the operating rhythm. Build the roadmap cadence, launch reviews, and feedback loops that keep product teams aligned.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment. Operates at the intersection of R&D, GTM, and PMM; unblock decisions and move teams without owning them.
  • Run programs to completion. Manage cross-functional work and push it across the line in a fast-paced setting.
  • Close the voice-of-customer loop. Turn support tickets, sales calls, and usage signals into prioritized, actionable product insight.
  • Own the written record. Document decisions clearly and communicate the product org’s narrative.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with discovery and analytics skills in a B2B or B2B2C environment with enterprise customers
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Systems thinking with ability to design scalable processes
  • Influence without authority and align people by being useful and credible
  • Program management rigor with ability to keep multiple threads moving
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed; ability to make reversible decisions quickly
  • Sharp writing with ability to compress a complex decision into a clear doc
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies and AI-first mindset for product/operational challenges
  • Fluency with product analytics (funnels, retention, segmentation) and qualitative research
  • Hands-on experience and technical aptitude to use Jira for teams and portfolio
  • Experience with SQL or similar data tools for self-serve analytics (strongly preferred)
