Qualifications

  • 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience. Team leads or principal DevOps engineers who have grown teams from an early stage.
  • Startup experience strongly preferred; former founders valued.
  • Educational background in a US-top-50 college preferred.
  • Backend Skills: Strong background in JS/TypeScript and Python (voice agents!).
  • Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS services, Terraform, and Postgres.
  • Scalability: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
  • Regulatory: Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful.
