About the role

Senior DevRel Engineer focusing on product adoption, developer feedback, and Open Source presence within Railway’s developer ecosystem. Remote (anywhere). Full-time. Early hires in DevRel with high autonomy and cross-functional engagement.

Responsibilities

  • - Implement programs to gather developer feedback and exercise discretion on how to best communicate to those users
  • - Build and refine product adoption loops through content, product improvements, and community nurturing
  • - Assist the team on initiatives around Open Source presence (CLI, Nixpacks, Templates)
  • - Craft resources that grow the developer ecosystem and ensure a seamless experience for new and existing users

Qualifications

  • - Strong communication skills across writing, video, and practical projects incorporating Railway
  • - Enthusiasm for Railway and ability to share insights with developers of all stripes
  • - Ability to provide direction and prioritize in an early-stage startup with ambiguity
  • - Comfortable with multiple languages/stacks and creating educational content on deploying projects to public cloud or Railway
  • - Able to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand guidance
  • - Appreciation for diverse backgrounds and collaboration
