About the role

Staff Product Manager at Sola, NYC HQ. Lead product strategy and end-to-end feature delivery for an enterprise AI workflow automation platform, partnering with CEO and Head of Engineering. On-site role in New York City with relocation support.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our CEO, design, and engineering to set product strategy and own the roadmap, balancing near-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Drive features end-to-end: requirements, crisp specs, stakeholder alignment, and keeping design, engineering, and go-to-market in lockstep.
  • Talk to users constantly, turning their pain points into a clear sense of what’s most valuable to build next.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Sharp product judgment paired with genuine design taste: a high bar for elegant, simple user experiences, and the instinct to sweat the details.
  • Enough technical fluency to go deep on a genuinely technical product domain and partner with engineering as a peer.
  • A clear, concise communicator who brings structure to ambiguity and can represent both users and engineering tradeoffs to any audience.
  • AI fluency: you explore and prototype with the latest AI tools, and you can reason about model capabilities well enough to make product calls.
  • You're open to working 5 days a week out of our office in NYC (we'll cover relocation!)
