About the role

Founding Solutions Engineer to own full enterprise sales cycle, help define go-to-market, and build the early sales organization at Sola, an AI-native enterprise automation platform.

Responsibilities

  • Win new enterprise customers. Support AEs in closing complex six and seven-figure opportunities.
  • Land and expand. Help establish new customer relationships, prove value quickly, and grow accounts across business units.
  • Sell transformative technology. Help enterprise leaders reimagine how their organizations operate with AI.
  • Build the playbook. Partner directly with the CRO and founders to refine our positioning, sales process, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help build the team. Shape the standards, culture, and practices that will define Sola's sales organization.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales, or an equivalent track record of success.
  • A proven ability to work with Account Executives to win net-new enterprise business.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and winning the technical decision for six-seven figure deals.
  • A history of exceeding targets and performing at the top of your team.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for the pace, ownership, and ambiguity of an early-stage company.
  • Experience selling AI, automation, data, security, or software into finance, operations, IT, legal, or risk teams is a plus.
