About the role

Motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives, driving customer acquisition and selling Neo products at events and activations.

Responsibilities

  • Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management.
  • Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
  • Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match team needs.
