About the role

Sales Representatives to act as the face of Neo Financial, responsible for customer acquisition by signing people up for Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products, based in Vaughan, ON.

Responsibilities

  • Sign up customers for Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products
  • Meet performance targets and drive customer acquisition
  • Travel to various event locations across the city
  • Represent Neo in direct sales environments (e.g., events, in-person interactions)
  • Track performance and earnings through instant commission model
  • Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

  • Strong motivation to earn money and hit performance targets
  • Enthusiasm for sharing financial products and technology within local community
  • Ability to travel to event locations across the city
  • Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, retail, telemarketing, or marketing is an asset
