About the role

TikTok Shop Account Manager to own a book of business of clients and devise marketplace strategy on TikTok Shop as part of Pattern Creators team. Hybrid full-time role based in Lehi, UT or Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with multiple brand partners, and understand their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations aligned with brand goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations.
  • Deliver high-level strategic and customer service to ensure KPIs are hit.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and present solutions-oriented approaches to grow the business.
  • Stay current on industry trends and social commerce approaches; monitor and analyze account performance; make data-driven recommendations to enhance listings, campaigns, affiliate outreach, and marketplace presence.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored TikTok Shop strategies leveraging Pattern's services.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights highlighting metrics, trends, and improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in account management, with experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Understanding of TikTok Shop and its features preferred, including marketplace trends and optimization practices.
  • Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) is acceptable.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategy and client outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal interactions.
  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and resolve challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
