About the role

Freelance senior linguist specializing in marketing and life sciences translation, localization, interpretation, and QA testing for Sepedi language.

Responsibilities

  • Translate, copy edit, and review content in specified subject areas including investigator-facing, patient-facing, pharmacy materials, marketing, help, and UI content.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in translating and copy editing in relevant subject matter areas.
  • Professional level understanding of English (US/GB).
  • Native level expertise in Sepedi with cultural understanding.
  • Experience with CAT tools like XTM, Phrase, Trados, Jira, Smartling.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
