About the role

Welo Data, a part of Welocalize, is building a diverse community of linguistic and cultural contributors to enhance AI systems. The role involves flexible, remote projects related to AI data annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation aimed at developing smarter, inclusive AI.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate or label text, images, or audio to train AI systems
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance
  • Create and test prompts to improve large language models (LLMs)
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Albanian
  • Based in Albania or able to work remotely
  • English proficiency
  • Comfortable with digital tools
  • Detail-oriented and curious
