About the role

Welo Data seeks detail-oriented Kannada speakers to contribute to AI training data via annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation in a flexible, remote freelance role. This is a community joining opportunity, not an active job opening.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate or label text, images, or audio to train AI systems
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance
  • Create and test prompts to improve large language models (LLMs)
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Kannada
  • Based in India or remote
  • English proficiency
  • Comfortable with digital tools
  • Detail-oriented and curious
