About the role

Part of Welocalize, Welo Data builds high-quality, ethical data for AI training by engaging a diverse global community. This role involves remote project work including annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation to contribute to smarter, human-centered AI.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate or label text, images, or audio to train AI systems.
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance.
  • Create and test prompts to improve large language models (LLMs).
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Maltese.
  • Based in Malta or capable of remote work.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Comfortable with digital tools.
  • Detail-oriented and curious.
