About the role

Joining Welo Data's global network as a Bengali language contributor to support AI model training through tasks like annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation. This role offers flexible, remote work for individuals fluent in Bengali based in India or Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate or label text, images, or audio to train AI systems
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance
  • Create and test prompts to improve large language models (LLMs)
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Bengali
  • Based in India or Bangladesh
  • English proficiency
  • Comfortable with digital tools
  • Detail-oriented and curious
