About the role

Join Welo Data's global network of linguists and language enthusiasts to contribute to building smarter, more inclusive AI through annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation in Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate or label text, images, or audio to train AI systems
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality and relevance
  • Create and test prompts to improve large language models (LLMs)
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
  • Based in Argentina, Spain, Mexico, US, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, Costa Rica
  • English proficiency
  • Comfortable with digital tools
  • Detail-oriented and curious
