About the role

Support search quality rating projects by analyzing data, providing feedback, assisting in training, and ensuring quality standards in a remote, freelance role in Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data on quality performance, produce statistical quality reports, monitor progress, and create documentation.
  • Complete Internal Assessments.
  • Provide feedback on blind test ranges and team queries.
  • Support raters and educate on best practices and client expectations.
  • Flag raters with behavioral concerns.
  • Analyze RCAs provided by resources and request clarifications as needed.
  • Participate in creation/review of training materials like best practices, newsletters, webinars.
  • Keep track of data and analyze it.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders with support from Quality Coordinators.
  • Monitor raters’ queries.
  • Perform other program-specific tasks to achieve OKRs.

Qualifications

  • Fully Proficient in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Mexico.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Dedicated only to Search Quality rating program.
  • No prior or current experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only household member working as a Search Quality Rater.
  • Web-savvy with excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project rules.
  • Must sign NDA.
  • Must pass learning modules and quality test.
