About the role

Remote, full-time B2B client support role focused on assisting Workplace customers (healthcare facilities) with shift, payment, and platform issues, delivering fast, empathetic assistance and collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer experience and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Workplace customers over voice and email
  • Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support across voice and email, resolving shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
  • Navigate tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard portal to investigate cases, update form fields, log internal notes, and maintain documentation
  • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, follow or adapt workflows, escalate only when necessary
  • Develop deep expertise in products and processes to identify recurring issues or process gaps, improving customer experience and internal operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to gather information and resolve issues
  • Uphold Clipboard values such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and high standards in every interaction

Qualifications
