About the role

Pattern is seeking a data-driven, analytical Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment in Pattern Asia (Guangzhou) and assist APAC hiring, with close collaboration across global teams and Hong Kong HR.

Responsibilities

  • - Take full responsibilities for recruitment of assigned positions independently, ensuring processes are smooth and efficient
  • - Support Hong Kong HR team for key APAC recruitments
  • - Work closely with global teams to understand needs and integrate key competencies for recruiting positions
  • - HR reporting and system maintenance
  • - Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications

  • - Full time bachelor's degree or above
  • - Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields; international corporate experience is a plus
  • - Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes
  • - Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • - Strong sense of responsibility, excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
  • - Self-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills
