About the role
Fashion Assistant Fellow role at W Magazine in NYC, helping with daily office tasks and photoshoot preparation. 3-month fellowship with potential extension, on-site five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fashion, accessories, and jewelry sample check-ins and returns
- Pack and unpack trunks of clothing and accessories for photo shoots
- Arrange messengers and shipments for fashion and accessory pick ups and returns
- Assist with keeping the fashion and accessories closets organized
- Lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as required
Qualifications
- Open availability Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week for an initial period of 3 months
- Strong interest in the Fashion and Editorial industries
- Eagerness to learn
- Highly motivated to complete tasks
- Work well in a team environment
- Able to meet time & attendance expectations
- Able to balance multiple tasks
- Possess great organizational skills
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
