About the role

Client Success Partner (CSP) within the Enterprise team supporting the largest clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform, focusing on adoption, renewal, and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • - Master product and Convexity culture within one month
  • - Familiarize with CSP processes and tools
  • - Participate in first customer meetings with other CSPs
  • - Take over portfolio of existing large enterprise accounts within three months
  • - Start new projects with prospects and clients
  • - Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients and identify resources needed
  • - Create retro-plans and vouch for initiatives
  • - Identify and document customer use cases
  • - Build trust with top management and manage relationships
  • - Collaborate with Account Managers to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • - Reduce churn and implement remedial actions for at-risk customers
  • - Identify leaders and advocates within client teams
  • -Share best practices with the CSP team

Qualifications

  • - 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or HR/Learning/Change Management Consulting or Digital Learning Manager
  • - Ability to lead complex, impactful projects in/for Enterprise accounts (>2000 employees)
  • - Knowledge of SaaS B2B industry (plus)
  • - Interest in digital industry, education, and e-learning
  • - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • - Fluent French and excellent English (B2 minimum)
