About the role

BDR to generate opportunities from 360Learning top priority accounts in the DACH region, qualifying inbound/outbound leads and supporting Account Executives through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities from top priority accounts in the DACH region
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for Account Executives
  • Pitch the 360Learning value proposition and understand customer pain points
  • Collaborate with coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales for onboarding and ongoing learning
  • Master tool stack (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong) and ramp up within the team
  • Qualify SQL opportunities and forecast pipeline
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and contribute lead generation ideas
  • Research trends and best practices for engagement in the market
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and assist in onboarding new team members

Qualifications

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
  • Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening and ability to uncover customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent)
